This video is funny by itself, but I can imagine it wouldn't be as funny if you haven't seen Memento.  It also references Requiem for a Dream, but more subtly.

Collegehumor has been Hit or Miss with their videos. This one happens to miss. Sorry guys but a running joke about some guy with the words 'i love cock' written on his body is about as lame as when some douchbag does it a 3 AM to an unsuspecting passout.

I liked it and I don't particularly care why you don't. :P

Like I already mentioned, it's a parody of Memento, which is a not-so-famous (but is, incidentally, excellent) movie.  My guess is you totally missed the joke, but whatever.  I don't really care.

For the record, this is not a collegehumor production.  It was made by Derrick Comedy which I agree is hit-or-miss.

I'm pretty sure that Derrick Comedy (I've seen almost all of their videos) is in some way affiliated with College Humor, since they put the College Humor logo at the beginning/end of their more recent videos.
