I just watched this for the frist time not to long ago and I have a few questions?

When Neo got brought out of the Matrix and into the real world, did they kill him with that silver thing that went inside his body? Or was that just added effects for the viewer?

Where Trinity's pants leather or plastic?

Overall I give 9/10 becuase I like  science fiction action film and for some reason it reminded me of the same type of mind job that Fight club gives you. I love me some Brad Pitt.

Your list is that short, and you've just barely seen The Matrix? I'm afraid you have 8 years of good movies to catch up on, and the Saw series shouldn't be included.

Oh yeah, the theme is fine.  However, the movies are awful, in my opinion.  It seems to me that after the first one, they didn't do much beyond tried to gross their audience out.

But anyway, I liked the characters in the second. The cop, especially. How can you hate a movie where the stereotype of an asshole cop gets what's coming to him?

I thought the Saw Series was pretty well done, the second and third being my favorite of the series. Not exactly edge-of-your-seat thrillers, but I also don't think that was the target audience.

It had a few twists and turns, and overall was pretty well done.

I believe that because violence is seen as bad in societies eyes people want to rebel but they're actually too pansy to do it themselves, so they they feel like big people by watching such movies.  I think I just made fun of myself because I like gore movies..

Saw sucks.

1. It's a gore movie. They're just gross -- I considered breaking up with my girlfriend at the time for telling me I had to watch it because it was a great movie.

2. Perhaps its because I was 13 (14?) at the time, but I didn't see a moral at all.

That wasn't him getting killed. If it was, it would have been a short movie without any sequels.  I think that's just the way people are taken out of the system for the first time.

I'm not sure what the purpose of that scene was, to be honest.  In my opinion, it was left intentionally blank to keep you thinking.  My guess is it puts the person in the state of mind necessary for them to be transported out of the matrix.  Maybe it also made them easier to locate in the real world?

I believe that the purpose of the liquid mirror was to illustrate that the rules of physics in the matrix can be broken.

Neo doesn't die until he got shot; you might recall that the oracle told him he might be waiting for his next life.
