Yes, there are stuffy old professors. However, any prof would look down upon a paper like this (it's poorly written, besides the content -- I used to be an editor, and this needs a lot of work).

anyway I agree with iago. I think it's funny because someone actually turned it in, not the content of the paper itself. Most likely it was fake.
