FIVE have broken on me. This is the time I get pissed off, I guess?
They've sent me a sixth, same one, not even the new one.
What I'm going to ask of them:-My contract is up for renewal 04/22/2008, I'll get a $100 discount on any new phone with their "New Every Two" program
-I originally paid $50(?, or more) for my phone, valued at $150 when it was new (I had the "New Every Two" option when I got it)
-If they switch the phone, the value should be about $100-$150 (Trust's Chocolate was switched out for the enV which is $150 with for the "Two Year Contract" price)
SO, I want to renew my contract now, get the $100 discount, the value of the new non-Chocolate phone that they would give me, and the $50 online discount for the Voyager.
$350 (voyager) - $100 discount - $50 online discount - $150 value of enV switch = I'll pay $50 for the Voyager or cancel my contract and not pay the disconnect fee because they continually and knowingly replaced my broken phone with a phone that had known issues.
Sound like a plan? I like it, maybe I can get the Voyager for ~$150 or so
