Avatar Size Restrictions
« on: December 27, 2007, 05:46:19 pm »
Should be modified to allow for longer avatars. (221px height should be sufficient)

This is how mine should look:

Edit: Also wider, perhaps 93px?

Perhaps.

Why would we want that? Perhaps you should just choose a less shitty avatar.

No thanks.  100x100 is quite sufficient for an avatar.  Crop it or get over it. :)

Yeah, I hate forums with big avatars, it looks so tacky. I recommend either cropping or resizing it (while keeping scale).

I think 93x221 is just large enough to prevent tackiness.

221 is too tall.  I'm on other forums where the restriction is something like 150x150 and most of the avatars there look silly.

In all honesty, though, I don't see why it matters so much.  Just crop the damn picture.  I doubt anyone here aside from you wants to look at Bush anyway. :P

Here, I did you a favour -> http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/391/bushbv6.png

That's scaled with the same ratio, with a maximum height of 70px.  :)
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Thanks, but my complaint is that it's too small that way! This is why we need to increase the size restrictions! This is the new millennium.

Wanna resize this one too?
