Seems like a good idea (well-outlined here) and yet, a bad idea (well-outlined here). Your thoughts?

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I know that we already pay a levy that lets us download music for free already. So basically, we pay for what we're already getting?
