In my opinion, it's all situational.  Some programs flow very well with just the keyboard.

With a keyboard, I have perhaps 30 keys that I can hit without even moving my wrists. With my mouse, five. Not to mention, to get to my mouse, I probably have to move my wrists. Note, I haven't RTFA'd yet.

In looking at the first few lines, I remember Super+R was redo in MSPaint at some point (if not still). I liked that.

I seen a mouse run REAL fast, I've never seen a keyboard move on its own accord.

BUT ... once my buddy stomped on poor little rattoulie, the mouse didn't move own its own either .  Poor mother fucking rattoulie.
