To clarify, I was specifically talking about:

The kid who distributed out the brownies is being expelled (because of dealing drugs).

My statement was simply a satirical poke at the logic "It should be legal because the punishment for it being illegal is too extreme."

I agree, the actual prosecution of marijuana users is far more damaging to the user than marijuana itself.
It's right up there with the government trying to make alcohol illegal, it's a waste of money.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.
