What I meant is that I think you'd still need the skill to pour a beer down without swallowing, and in that regard, it wouldn't be any easier to do with this device.

I disagree. It fulfills a need for quick pregaming. There's been times I've been in situations where this would come in handy. (i.e. parties/bands already started and I had been out doing something so I'd need to catch up quickly..this would be effective.

no they do. generally I drink liquor during the day and then beer at night, since I can carry it around.
