Too much work.

You're not allowed to pull the Linux card if you're not willing to put a little effort into something.  :P
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Haha, totally! You shouldn't be on Linux unless you're willing to waste ~2 minutes compiling a simple program. :P

It takes your computer 2 minutes to compile a simple program? You should consider upgrading. :P

My computer is a laptop that's about 4 years old. But realistically, the biggest game I play is Starcraft and I rarely install new programs. Why should I go drop $100s or $1000+ on a new computer when this one suits me perfectly?

And to be fair, it's like 20 simple programs.. :P

It's more effort than I feel like, since I don't think I'll be playing all of these very often.

If you spend two minutes playing one game, it was worth two minutes doing something else while they compile in the background. Also, unless you're like iago and have a shit slow computer, it doesn't actually take more than a few seconds. You could probably even get iago to send them to you, and then it would take zero seconds of your time to compile.

Also, you broke the :P trend, jerk!

I said it was too much work!

[edit]
Okay, now the site is being stupid again.  Some of the applets load, show the screen, then a gray box replaces it, and at the bottom it says "Applet PuzzleApplet bail".  Arg.
