OLD Hillsbrad Foothills is an instance. He means CoT, Escape from Durnholde.
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

The top raiding guild horde-side daggerspine is a bunch of stoners that raid sunwell at like 9pm server and are all generally stoned while raiding.
It is good to be good, but it is better to be lucky.

you're behind on the internet lingo. it's okay - it only means you didn't fall for funcom's ploy named age of conan, which is a good thing. essentially, funcom released a non functioning mmorpg with promises of a lot of things being available, including directx 10 support, large pvp siege warfare, and stuff... most of which aren't even in the game (dx10 included), or do not even work (anything pvp related, basically). and if things do work, they dont work as intended. so, on the aoc forums, people use that "you just got funcom'd" as a joke. now you know what it means, and the significance it has...

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.
