Governments are getting really bad at this.  :\
And like a fool I believed myself, and thought I was somebody else...

Umm, I don't even see how this is news. Its basically common knowledge that the government itself is not bound to the laws of the land.

Running with Code has a new home!

Our species really annoys me.

Did anyone read the comments? If those guys know what they're talking about, the government owned the program anyhow (as they "owned" the person in the air force, they don't have time off, just time they're not told to be doing something specific). Someone said that this was just a shortcut, cause they'd have won anyhow.

By the way, what's Sovereign Immunity? Wasn't that something so that the king didn't have to obey the law or something? How'd that get into US Law?
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.
