ok i dont know where to post this but anyways:i have a dell vosotro 1000 and today i got 2 gb of ram to put into this baby but when i did i got the blue screen of death and my laptop wont boot up. so i put in my onld ram and it works. then i put in one stick of my old ram with one of my new sticks and the laptop boots up fine so i know both slots and the ram works fine. i am running windows vista ( came with the laptop) and i was thinking about changing the os to XP ( but i have no clue how ) but anyways on the ram topic do any of you guys think you can help me with this dilemma
