As a very small portion of you might know, the reason I've been so idle and non-existent on the forum lately is that I moved to Canada. Thunder Bay, Ontario, to be precise. I was alerted by Joe only moments ago that he may be passing through here over the next few days.

While I know the obvious answer to this, I thought I'd get everyone's opinion. You know. To make you guys feel special! Since you are... sorta.

I actually kinda like it here... Although, the whole place just sorta feels like a town of pot smoking hippies.

I don't have a lot to compare it to, Canada-wise, though. Need to do some traveling!

"Fiancé" seems to be used a lot as a crunch in conversations with people you don't know or haven't talked to in a while. Girls seem to love it, since it's chit-chat fodder. If they didn't already know you were engaged, gals just love to jump on the opportunity and ask how it happened, ask when the wedding's happening, blah blah blah. Neither my boyfriend nor I are caught up in all of that. I don't want a wedding, so. *shrug* The whole process is pointless.
