Deputies arrested Blake on one count each of armed kidnapping and felony murder.  They say more charges are pending.

I love the felony murder rule

But Longley was able to grab a gun from Strange, after he had laid it down in his lap to send a text message. Deputies say, Longley shot Strange and Morales, who was in the front passenger's seat of the car. Deputies say Longley then ordered the driver to stop the car, and the victim got out and called 911.
