That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I'm sure most reasonable people wouldn't care. If you want any music for free, thats a nobrainer. If you want to pay for music, you make that choice to support the artist. So, if people payed for a midnight download, they did it because they wanted to support the artist.

Yeah, that argument is pretty damn biased, not all people know how to pirate music or want to do it at all.
