Hello, I'm interested in joining

Well it's been a couple years since I've been in a clan or "community" and here I am deciding that I think this is the place I want to be. With that said, I'm glad to talk to a lot of old and good friends in here that I lost in contact with for a while there, but things happen. :-/

So now, officially, I'm expressing my interest in joining x86! :-D

Since this will be my first vote on a new member, I don't think I know you enough to really say yes/no. And I think it's the same for most of us (minus the first vote part).

Seriously, though, I think you'd make a nice addition, Baroness.  Maybe you should stick around and get to know some of the people who weren't very involved with the x86 battle.net community.

Baroness, I know I am not alone when I say that I really have no idea who you are.  It would probably be in your best interest to try and either get to know everyone soon and take your chances with a vote, or postpone your application and try again when you feel like you have a good base of friends here.  If you really want to join then taking a little time isn't going to hurt anything.  It's not like we are going anywhere.

That's a hasty assumption (ignoring the poke at Newby) -- 5 - 10% of males are homosexual, according to various studies (source), and there are 27 members in the clan. That means that, statistically, there should be about 1 - 3 homosexuals here. And note that a lot of members (the majority, maybe?) don't talk about their personal life a lot. So you never know!

(and no, I'm not trying to start a witch hunt. )
