Everyone supports him.

Moral of the story? If you get caught smoking marijuana, you don't even get a slap on the wrist if you're famous.

myspace and stuff like that is loaded with people posting pictures of themselves taking bong hits. I don't see anything happening to them either. Should they make an example of him because he is famous?

Good, nothing should happen to him, because all he did was smoke some weed. At least he admitted to it, since the picture isn't really proof of much.

I like when public icons challenge the status quo. That aside, he's a moron for smoking in front of people he obviously can't trust. If he smoked in front of me, I'd definitely snap a picture and sell it to a magazine.

Did anyone watch the video clip on that site Newby linked? lol.  Amazing how they seemed to think DUI and smoking weed at a party are somehow comparable offenses.
