Yeah, morally, it's a tough call, because you need to factor in effectiveness and whatnot. The problem is, the majority are silent, so I kinda feel responsible as a minority (with a superior viewpoint [hah]) to be as loud as possible by taking advantage of situations like these to fight it. If everyone did, we'd either be in a better place, or everyone would be ridiculously inconvenient to others.
...and considering this is politics, the latter is probably true.

No. It'd probably look a lot more like "Silent Majority" as opposed to something like "the majority are silent" and there would probably be some sort of reference in there, or some sort of plug, or some sort of indication that he was talking about a record label.
