The comments are more informational.  A lot is left out of the flow chart.  This is where you get State vs. Federal taxes.  I believe education is better focused from a standards and regulation standpoint on the federal level, and not necessarily be responsible for taking the brunt of education funding.  Education should be funded mostly from the state level, sure some funding assistance can come from the federal level though but it shouldn't be the bulk of it.  Whereas the military and national security should definitely be funded and regulated from the federal level.

However, I don't see why we are paying for Israel to buy weapons.  >_<;

Because if a politician ever says anything bad about Israel the Israeli lobby makes sure they don't last very long
