http://excelldapsearch.sourceforge.net/Reads entries from LDAP based on existing data (i.e. mail, cn, givenName) pending that you have the OU set correctly, and then dumps them into a new spreadsheet or puts the data in the current one. You can even customize the fields you grab in the config file. VERY helpful tool (at least to me).
