Since people still do not get this, the Department of Justice is legally obligated to side with the law until such policy revisions are made.

This is like the fourth time another one of these "continuation of Bush" topics has been addressed.

Has Obama changed policy?  No.  Therefore, perpetuation of Bush Doctrine.
