It used to be fun, when you at least tried to mask your obvious non-seriousness. No one is as stupid as you're pretending to be, so cut the theatrics.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

In reflection, the only time McCain really seemed to wield any influence over his campaign was when he chose Palin as his runningmate.

Influenced the drivers of the Straight Talk Express to drive off of a cliff.
