So, once the new bot is working again I wanted to see how we could edit some things around.

1. With idles, could we have it alternate messages up to like 10? similar to stealthbot's quote feature.

2. Can we have a greet delay, so that the bot can greet users who join the channel, but delayed so the bot doesn't flood out.

In regards to #2, this can be accomplished by changing the delay in the simple events processor if I remember correctly.
