Tech support plz
« on: November 12, 2010, 07:08:58 pm »
My mom's Laptop/BurnLap is broke in such a way that it won't show anyone icons/start menu after starting up. I can use ALT CNTRL Delete to run some functions/programs. It may have been caused by a virus but im not sure how I can fix it.

Try running 'cmd'.
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.
