Anybody ever know what happened to Yoni, Thing, Mephisto, et al? They were huge back in the day and now nary a word about them.

Last thing I ever read of Yoni was that he was serving his military sentence... errr I mean duty.

Even with the extra year he took, he should be out now.

I met him in person a couple times during ICML 2010. I wasn't very organized and had very little time hanging out with him. He seems to be doing pretty great!

I still talk to him regularly. He's still around.

No, he didn't attend. ICML 2010 was hosted in Haifa, Israel.

I moved to Madison, Stealth moved to Milwaukee. Maybe he doesn't like me. I only met him once, and due to the nature of that meeting I remember very little of it! Probably made an ass out of myself too.
