I was considering doing Great Gatsby or Ethan Frome, as I actually read both novels last year, but I ended up doing Wuthering Heights instead, since, even though I didn't actually read the whole book, I read just about every guide to it available, and we spent the most amount of time on it in class. The essay I did turned out pretty damn good; I was able to milk a good almost-over 3 pages out on it with my irritatingly small handwriting. It was the second essay that killed me, haha. I wanted to stab that passage to death...
