Just had the worst flight ever. I ended up missing all my connections, resulting in having to take two extra stops and spend $200 on another ticket because one airline wouldn't switch my ticket all because of my first delay -- a delay caused because someone (probably someone really fat or with serious digestion issues) caused something very stinky on the plane (I assume either a fart they couldn't get rid of, or some sort of issue with the toilet on the plane) and they didn't want us flying on that plane because they didn't think we could tolerate the smell.

I almost got trapped in Vancouver because of them. I am very lucky to have encountered a very, very helpful guy that did everything short of carry me through customs, baggage, security, and to my plane -- which he called for them to stop, it was just about to roll away and take off. (He even carried my purse!) But, through it all I lost two bags of luggage that carry all the decent clothes I own...

I am Not In A Good Mood. AGH.

The smashing was canceled (until tomorrow) due to "technical difficulties" (probably the 20000 people rushing the pinata every 20 minutes).

Eh, not really that bad of a problem.  It's just that never having taken a formal physics course, I was looking forward to taking an intro physics course =\.

lols, chem labs are fun. I have an asian TA who's been in America and speaking English for one year.

Some frat kids spilled sucrose and he told them to clean it up with a paper towel, but by the laws of engrish, it came out "paper tower" so they made a paper tower, and put it on top of the mess. He kept saying "paper tower" and eventually went and got a paper towel, pointed at it and said "paper tower!" and they responded "That's a pretty shitty tower dude. You put no effort into that, you just grabbed it. Give it here, we'll fix it up." It went on for a few minutes and actually ended up with them taking him to a frat party. Apparently he got drunk and yelled paper tower and left.

EDIT:  Just registered for classes.  Again, wasn't that big of a deal that I had to choose a different 4-credit lab science... but I would have rather taken Physics 101 than Geographical Information Systems.
