So I just found out that I'll be spending next semester in Australia. I'm looking forward to that.

Sydney. Unfortunately, shortly after that post I found out that I'm a few credits short of qualifying so I'll have to wait.

My reply was to Towlie's temp., but today it was 40 in town and snowed on the mountains.  Snowed.  Fuck.  Every time it snows we all go out and take pictures !

Ah, 40 is pretty cold, I guess.  It's rarely above 20 this time of here here, though.  Back home, there are some nights where it drops to -40.

My school requires a minimum number of credit hours to study abroad, and since I went through my schools study abroad resource links to apply (and not through the actual study abroad office on campus) I was unaware of that. Somehow I got all of the signatures to go abroad without anybody realizing that I wasn't qualified...until the office caught the error today.

Been there, done that. It's fun when you're in class and there's no heat. And it's also fun cleaning a few inches of snow off your car and then trying to pull out from a parallel parked spot.. man, I hate snow.

MN doesn't get snow like Colorado does, but we get more frigid temps. Currently I'm freezing my balls off at a temperature of 10 degrees or so with a wind chill in the negatives.

Yeah, that's colder than Fort Collins is, but Meeker (where my home is) is almost always colder than that this time of year.
