Actually, police can speed if they're on the way to a call & they don't have to have on any lights or sirens :( That's whats gay about this

Please prove it. As far as I know and have been told, police officers are not above the law in that manner. They can speed, but it isn't legal.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

If I see an officer speeding without his lights on, I usually follow them at about the same speed.  What are they going to do? slow down, get behind me, and then pull me over for doing the same thing they were?

they aren't above the law, but they dont have to have their lights on to let people know that they are on call.

10.5.400.8  3d
"When vehicles are being used, the employee will maintain a legal speed. When required to exceed the speed limit, the officer will assure that the emergency lights and siren are on unless the existing circumstances would make this procedure inadvisable."
This is for our statepolice,
...I believe they just judge whenever it may be inadvisable.

unTactical, I think technically (in our state) they could pull you over for that...but since they're probably just speeding & not on call they wont do it
LOL, thats a city noise ordiance.  You can't pound things

My parents were in an accident.

Three cars, they were in the front. A bread truck hit a Hummer which hit my parents. The bread truck got a ticket for following too closely, and he went to the hospital for his leg. My mom had whiplash and my dads knee got jammed under the dash. My sister was fine. The Hummer was the only car without broken glass but its frontend was way messed up. The back window came out of our vehicle and the frame is all messed up and practially totaled, and the tv on the inside fell out and is hanging by wires.

I hope everyone else was okay, and that your family's injuries aren't long-term.

That's sad stuff man. I wish people knew how to fucking drive. Whoever drove the bread truck is sure to lose their job. ;)

Yeah. I think everyones fine, it was a pretty bad accident. I had trouble getting to them due to all the traffic it caused (it was on a very busy road.)

Edit: My dad just talked to the witness. Apparently, the bread truck hit the hummer which hit us. Then the hummer bounced back and I guess the bread truck was still moving and the hummer hit us again.

lol. I parked INTO a pole today (speaking of shitty drivers...)

The car = completely unharmed. The pole = bent at a 35 degree angle or so. Pwned!

That's my pwnage of the government for the year. Now those motherfuckers have to replace the pole. That's what they get for taxing my paycheck.

That's interesting.  On a semi-related side note, a friend of mine hit a mailbox and completely obliterated.  She is now on probation until she turns 18 and had to do massive amounts of community service on top of replacing the mailbox.
errr... something like that...
