Seven letter word [Solved]

Here's an easy riddle.  Most kindergarten age kids can answer correctly, but most high school kids can't.

What's a seven letter word that is: greater than God, worse than the Devil, a poor man has it and a rich man needs it?

(PS: My elder sister wrote this on my account, that's why it's usefull.)

I'm pretty sure that most riddles who say that aren't actually true.  It seems all to common, in my opinion.
