San Andreas is now an AO game (Adult only) because of the Sex scene from the "Hot Coffee" mod.

Rockstars the one that put the coding in it.  If they hadn't left it in there this wouldn't have happened most likely.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Thats why its so funny.  It's funny how much the ESRB screwed up.  SA is a great game, this will change nothing.

It will change a lot, people won't be able to rent it, and (good, moral) parents will not buy it for their kids. Violence and sex are two very different things, violence is much more accepted as we have tons of movies and television dealing with it, it's something kids are used to. However, sex is still far too taboo for a video game.

When Rockstar comes out with the new version you'll probably be able to rent it.

Wouldn't the rating only apply to the PC version, as you can't download and run a program for PS2/XBox?

no because the content is still in the xbox/ps2 version.

You can access the PS2 "Hot Coffee" mod by using Gameshark or Action Replay.  There is also a PS2 mod which you can download and put on a Flashdrive.  You can then put the Flashdrive into the PS2 and access it.
