Well, to become a pirate, one had to find the area of 4 circles. Thats where the "3.14" comes in. Then, one had to find the perimeter of 4 circles. 4+4="8". After that, one had to plot the data on a scatter plot, create a least-squares linear regression line, and thusly finding the "r" value, or correlation.
