False.

I'm quite sure that they're different people.  They're both decent friends, and are different, particularly in their levels of knowledges/programming experience.  And I've seen pictures of both :)

<edit> Note to whoever split this: I'd (personally) prefer if you kept the original title.  That way, I know where it came from.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.
