Facebook killed the radio star. And by radio star, I mean the premise of distributed forums around the internet. And that got got by Instagram/SnapChat. And that got got by TikTok. Where the fuck is the internet we once knew?

I'd personally do as Joe suggests
You might be right about that, Joe.
I have a programming folder, and I have nothing of value there
Our species really annoys me.
echo "startkde" > ~/.xinitrcecho "fluxbox" > ~/.xinitrcecho "wmaker" > ~/.xinitrc

Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Edit .xinitrc to my knowledge! Code: [Select]echo "startkde" > ~/.xinitrcecho "fluxbox" > ~/.xinitrcecho "wmaker" > ~/.xinitrc
Well, X initiation run commands. And there is an .xinitrc on my FreeBSD box, so =P!
MyndFyre, in Ubuntu, I simply did sudo apt-get install kde, and it handled downloading depdancies and everything. Do you have some sort of apt-get program in your distro?

Gnome is pretty good.Gnome is crap. xfce (lightweight GNOME gnome lookalike IMO) or KDE for life.(Actually, KDE or Fluxbox for life. But who's counting? )Look at what I said to try out KDE.
If I had to pick one of them, I'd go with Gnome. But no thanks! If you like the look and feel of Gnome, though, you should try xfce. It's a lot like Gnome, but much much lighter on resources. I really liked using xfce when I used it.
