Its a little program that shipped with KDE. No use whatsoever, but man is it sweet! I get to see tux dancing arround my my xterm.

As soon as I figure out how to take a screenshot, I'm doing it. =)

Use KSnapshot? or import.

I used that for awhile, but it got really old really fast. 

The easiest way to screenshot is to run:
import -window root <filename>.png

If that doesn't work, install ImageMagick

Also: The Gimp -> File -> Acquire -> Screenshot

By the time you've run a program, I already have my screenshot.. I don't see how it could be faster. 

Windowskey-R import -window root picture.png

Takes about 2 seconds to type.  And I can do it from anywhere at any time, without touching my mouse.  Very fast.

I don't see how KSnapshot could possibly be easier than import.

You could just type import file.jpg

KSnapshot can do single window/Full screen and a delay with clicks of the mouse.
Please do that with import with consulting man pages, --help, google, or any other user. (If you already know, stfu You're a Linux geek.)

That's *way* more involved than import.
