Forum Suggestion: Open tech support?

Yeah, I've noticed that General Discussion is being used as tech support just as much as general discussion. Maybe we should have a forum for it?

We have alot of forums as it is but I see your point, technical help could be another catergory since people see us as a technical group that will help you.
