Nope. The battery cover is stting in a drawer around here and the batteries are free to fall out any time they want (and often exploit that =p)

She wants to move to a new apartment in Spring, so I'm hoping++ that they allow cats.

My sister came by to hang out, or something, and I guilted her into doing it.  "She's going to get sick and die, you know!"

The first thing she (the cat) did when she (my sister) changed the litter was have a nice big pee.  It was crazy.

So I bought this electronic crap strainer to clean the
catbox because I can't stand the scooping poop thing.
It looks good. It costs $50.00! I'm thinking, OK, well
I won't be scooping poop so in about a month it's
worth $50.00. I set it up. It seems to work. I'm
pleased.
I guess I missed the big ACME letters on the box.
The next day I come home from work. I hear a noise in
the bathroom. I go to investigate. The thing has gone
postal. The scooper arm is spring loaded and flinging
cat litter and poop all over the place. The poor cat
is hiding in the closet, clearly traumatized by this
Frankenstien toilet monster I've unleashed. I took it
back, but the cat still hasn't pooped in the box. Oh
yeah, and it was hell to clean it up too! Sheesh!
