I just wanted to make a comment about something you said to me in PM about AC being better than YaBBDotNet.  I just wanted to tell you: congratulations on making something that is better than something that doesn't exist.  :P

One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

Legally, that agreement exists, and doesn't specifically SAY that it's only for information posted in public areas.  I think that in the press released discussed there, they were backpedalling.  They realized that people were pissed off at them and were trying to refix it.
