Haha, that's actually pretty neat. Believe it or not, I would have had a hard time with some of the terms in the tutorial if I was just beginning WoW. I had never played an MMO before, so terms like "tank" were pretty strange to me. I figured them out after a while; they are, afterall, pretty intuitive.
This is a pretty nice thing for someone just begginning, but the flash animation isn't really necessary to explain this. I'm unsure of your opinion, but I probably would have found a plaintext tutorial slightly more informative, just because it's more conventional.
Anyway. Nice job to whoever put that together.
