I actually wasn't intending on asking you anyways, since it requires a 2/3, I believe I have a good chance of getting Sidoh's approval, but iago I'm not too positive about but, I see you as a 0% chance.  Maybe since it's been so long since anyones replied to this ( with the exception of today ) I'd forgotten I have to get approval personally?

And by personally, I meant privately, which is something I had forgotten I have to do.  It's usually like...

Post => Get Approved / Denied => Join or Don't.

But see, our system is set up to avoid that (which you would know if you'd read and understood the rules).  We don't want people to have to wait around.  Votes are two weeks and always start immediately following the receipt of two leaders' approval.
