I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Umm no its the one where a person can replicate a blizzard rep, literally, but they are not seen in the channel as an icon. I get the  general idea its something like intercepting packets with 1 program and sending your own on a bot.

Without knowing the protocal specifications for the client Reps use anything like that would result in disconnect(i.e. not sending packets/sending bad packets).  i think your talking about the clan bug.

It still exists? What the fuck?
Someone post an example.
One must ask oneself: "do I will trolling to become a universal law?" And then when one realizes "yes, I do will it to be such," one feels completely justified.

They are trying to make you think they are a rep, but only reps will have the icon and @Blizzard. They are gaining ops in your clan channel by creating a clan channel on a non-WarIII client (by sending special packets to Blizzard).

The reps use normal clients, AFAIK. The server has a list of reps and if they're on that list their flags are set to 0x02. Or 0x01. Or 0x08. Or whatever it was.
I'd personally do as Joe suggests

You might be right about that, Joe.

How do you know this?
I have a programming folder, and I have nothing of value there

Running with Code has a new home!

I think I told him.

When War3 first came out, Spht registered an account called AlanN or something (the name of a Blizzard rep, I forget which).  A day later he logged in with his normal bot or client, and discovered that he had  Blizzard flags.  He took a few screenshots, and there were witnesses, then he surrendered the account to Blizzard.

Actually, you didn't tell me, unless I was stoned off prescription drugs and forgot. I was actually basing that off the way TBNCS works (and the client supporting the flags being given to it), but I guess I forgot to say that.

The name of the Blizzard rep couldn't have been AlanN now could it? :P
