last.fm

Sort of a report of my AudioScrobbler post, but last.fm is a neat little service that lists music you listen to. It also lists charts of music you've listened to, and eventually can list recommendations and other people who have similar tastes. It's pretty neat.

I'm newbyx86, and the only reason I'm bringing this up is because I finally got the xmms plugin to work!

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

I created one too, but it's not going to be very accurate for a while.

Today, I just put it on "The Postal Service" and let it play.  I've been listening to music on my iPod. :)

That's neat!

Actually, I don't think that would be a hard project to develop, all things considered.  I'm sure that some of the other features that they have take more research/planning (like the "automatic buddy lists"), but those types of things would be asy to do).

I'm still very impressed by the whole system, it's neat!

I don't think my list will ever be accurate, though.  I always leave WinAmp playing when I go to sleep/school, so it plays some music I don't like that much (unless I leave it on Exodus or something like that, since Newby gave my their discography... 9:00:00 or so of music).

I was playing around with the options, and the list of charts you can generate is amazing. :)
