Notification of Possible Absence
« on: December 18, 2005, 03:52:35 am »
I'm leaving for Jackson Hole, Wyoming tomorrow.  I'm heading there for a family vacation until Thursday (or so I've been told).  I'm unsure of the types of internet access that'll be available when we arrive, but I'll update, if it's possible.

Guess who's back...

HERRO!

Okay, I suppose I have to tell a story since I'm back and everything.

We went on this snowmobile tour.  That was a lot of fun, but I was injured! :(

The tour guide led us to a meadow where he said we could "play around."  I was going about 35 mp/h and I didn't see this hill.  I flew over it--let's just say when I hit the bottom, the law of conservation of momentum wasn't broken.  My face flew into the handlebar and broke the helmet.  My lips swelled up so much it looked like I'd gotten a Botox injection. :(

My bottom lip is bruised pretty badly now, but it's healed really nicely, all things considered.

Oh well, it was still pretty fun.  We have a time share down there, so it makes the stay a bit more comfortable.

I'd bet that you're currently bloated like a water ballon on a hot summer's day.

That analogy doesn't even make sense.  Why would a water balloon be especially bloated on a hot summer's day? For your sake, I hope there wasn't too much logic testing on your LSAT.

Looks painful.

It hurts, but it was worth the fun.  I didn't bother to ask my parents how much the tour was, but I'm guessing it was around $200/person.

Hah, you look like the black people from DragonBall. :)

That doesn't look like it hurt that much...

I ate (not literally) a large chunk of my lip at a concert when I got slammed in the face last year. I feel your pain.
