Your p2p server is not working on your computer?  That statement, in itself, is pretty confusing.

There are a lot of alternatives.  Have you tried downloading Limewire or something like it?

Haha, I'd say we don't condone warez, but since the board IS located in Canada if someone wants to take the initiative to do this for him and send it to him via PM I won't do anything. If anyone else feels warez = bad, go ahead and scratch this.
