I think alot of countrys could learn from the tolerant culture of the Dutch.

the test would not be required for European Union citizens or people from Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand or Japan. Female victims of human trafficking would also be exempt.

It'd be easier to say "the test would be required for all Islamic people".

That examination exists when people apply for U.S. Citizenship.  My parents took the test (I was too young).
