Joe, if you want to join, remake and don't try to draw it off-topic like you did with your (flamebait) posts of "Don't say anything negative." and just accept the negative posts.

I would also suggest that you speak directly to members instead of just assuming how they feel about you.  And check for leader approval prior, too.
