* AP US History
* AP Literature
* AP Spanish
* AP Calculus
* AP Biology
* AP Art History
Fun!

I like how the majority of schools limit the amount of AP classes one can take per-year to 4, the rest just hit you for being retarded if you sign up for more. If this is your class schedule for next year, you're truely stupid. If it's not, then your post is irrelevant.

Hey, sorry if you're too stupid to keep up with >4 AP classes. Not everyone is.

Just because I can handle 6 AP classes and you can't handle even 4 doesn't mean I'm stupid. :0
It's not my fault my school's AP classes are either "go AP, or go college prep".
Essentially, go honors, or go with all the failures in life.
No fucking thanks will I do college prep classes again, from this year's experience in them.
I do nothing and pass with an A. I'm sick of it. I do nothing to the point where I have a 20% in homework in math and I still manage to have a 90%. Argh.

AP classes are designed to be college-level and extremely difficult. Many college students don't even have 6 classes per day. If you can get sufficient grades in all AP classes, your school needs to re-evaluate their difficulty level. I was saying that many schools do not allow you to take more than 4 per year because, at the difficulty level they should be, it would be too much effort.
Besides the fact that, even if the college you want to get into weights grades, they will not weight AP classes more than 4 for the entire high school transcript (iirc). This means that if you try your hardest and the 6 advanced classes are too much for you and you get B's, chances are they will drag your overall GPA down.

You're inferring that it takes alot of intelligence to do sufficiently in an AP course, which is a blatantly incorrect assumption. The reason AP classes work for all students who are driven is because that's all that is necessary to succeed: drive. It's alot of work, and some of it may be difficult, but it's by no means rocket science. I'm merely suggesting that the workload may be too much for his comfort level, and that the quantity (as opposed to quality, or difficulty) of work one would get from 6 AP classes per-night would be extreme.
Newby, I would suggest taking Honors classes to supplement your schedule, there are alternatives to Advanced Placement.

people) too.

Haha. Most schools force art classes to be taken. Mine does. Honestly, I think that required classes should be dropped and students should learn what they want to. Forcing people to take classes they will NEVER use in life is retarded, and a waste of the 7k that taxes spend on me.

Art in my opinion is useless. ;)
--- Quote ---It was (and I realized it, too), but don't expect me to not reply.

You like picking apart posts, I see.

If you lack the insight to see the use of forcing children to take a wide variety of subjects, I pity you.

Again, I hope you're not saying that in a serious tone.

It's easier to reply when it's made clear what I'm retorting. ;)

I don't lack it, I just find it stupid. I already resent the subjects I'm forced to take. If I had some real interest in them, I might pay attention during class/would take them if they weren't forced upon me. As you might know, these include English and Art predominately.

I wasn't. I like art, but not "pretty-picture" art. I like the art that goes into computer design (i.e. making of Shrek and video games and stuff) but I don't like the "physical" art that's hanging in museums. Now if those were in lossless quality...

Need I say it again?

Things you don't like are clearly useless.
