It's like Aramaic words can be written in Latin ("Yeshua din Zareth") and sound exactly like the Aramaic words, even though it's not written in the Aramaic Script. Same is true for Yiddish ("rabbi"), Khazdul ("baruk khazad"), and Hebrew ("mazal-tov"), even though Yiddish and Hebrew use the Hebrew Script, and Khazdul uses Cirith.
