Obviously GTA has shit to do with it.  He didn't pick up any hookers, cap any gangbangers, or beat any cops with a dildo.  Clearly he needs to not play GTA.

GTA doesn't cover stealing car keys from an unattended purse.  The thefts generally involve a certain degree of forcefulness.
